My spiritual awakening began in the basement of a church at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. I had felt so lost for so long and there was something so hopeful in those meetings that I desperately clung to it. As I grew in my sobriety, so did my spirituality. I started looking into other things that interested me in the spiritual realm. I took so many classes and certifications, I was constantly on the run until I realized I was feeding another addiction…the need to always be busy. It kept me from being still to hear what I needed to hear from Spirit. It has been a fairly recent development that I have given myself permission to slow down and be quiet. My journey into the stillness began about a year ago when, believe it or not, I was at my busiest. My father had gone into the hospital and my stepmother needed some care. He came home and I actually helped even more at their house. I had the honor and privilege to be at my father’s side when he transitioned and also for my stepmother who followed him 8 weeks later. One of my biggest strengths is in holding space and I was able to do that for two people that I love so dearly. This opened my eyes up to the fact that I wasn’t feeling fulfilled in my 9-5 job. Unfortunately, the agency I worked for did not get funded and a mutual parting of the ways took place. I realized that this was the perfect opportunity to find and pursue my real passion and purpose! I knew that I truly enjoyed energy work and life coaching, but how could I turn that into a viable way to support my family? I turned to the Source and the answers came loud and clear!
I was suffering with a very large kidney stone that was causing me both mental and physical stress and pain. After a session with Grace over the phone, she helped me to feel more relaxed and in tune with my body to give it healing energy. The exercises and mantras she talked me through instantly made my body and mind feel more at ease. A week after our session, my ultrasound revealed that my body passed the kidney stone with no pain! Considering it was 8x10mm and had a less than 20% chance of passing on it’s own, I was truly amazed and grateful to avoid surgical intervention. Grace’s guidance and assistance in tapping into my spirit team helped me through this difficult time in my health, and I am very thankful that she assisted me and my body to pass it peacefully. Thanks again, Grace!
A Touch of Grace:
I met Grace a few years ago when our paths crossed at mediumship circles. It is extremely easy to be drawn into her warm, genuine, kind, effervescent and GRACious smile. But underneath all of that lurks an incredibly deep, intelligent, wickedly knowledgeable holistic practitioner.
Grace, truly, reminds me of a once-upon-a-time herbalist-healer who was plucked out of a 1600’s European Black Forest and re-manifested into the 20th century.
Her love and devotion for natural remedies and her belief in “God gave us everything we need to cure ourselves with nature,” coupled with her deeply spiritual and facilitated soul rejuvenation beliefs makes her a powerful force and alliance to the human condition.
She hears you.
She enacts a helpful plan.
Whether it’s holistic facilitated healings, wellness or life-coaching to walk with you on your path, lend you a hand if you stumble, or cheer you from behind, she is truly a touch-of-grace that can enhance and joyously celebrate and champion YOU.
I highly recommend this soul-sister.

I would like to start by saying that I never really saw myself as needing a Life Coach because I already had a side business but I was currently working a 9-5 job. That being said, I had an opportunity to be one of Grace’s practice clients and it was incredibly eye opening to say the least. Grace encouraged me to dig deeper and really drill into what direction I wanted to go. The approach was very thorough. She was meticulous to detail using the outlines given by her instructor. When Grace started tuning into her own intuition within the process she was able to hear the things that I wasn’t saying.; she would prompt me to expand when she felt like I was short-changing myself on what I really wanted. It’s hard to think of only yourself and what you want because we’re so programmed to build everyone else’s lives into our dreams. Life coaching in a process that is meant solely for the client to put themselves first. The questions really hone in on what you, as the client want. From there, you determine what’s manageable and what isn’t. I was assigned thought provoking homework every week, which I did diligently in my own space. I felt like I could finally be honest about where I was not being true to myself and my passion. Fast forward to the conclusion; working my corporate job was putting my own dream of being an entrepreneur on hold. I was able to see my fear of letting go of being employed vs. being self-employed (financial insecurity was an issue for me). I was able to trace that back to old programming. It was up to me to make the conscious decision to jump. What I considered to be just a practice exercise, ended up being life changing. I have since left my “job” and I’m now solely self-employed, living a life that I am creating. That is a great feeling! I have goals and a targeted approach thanks to Grace! Grace has learned how to tailor the experience for her clients and smooth out some of the bulky corners that classes and textbook methods can often take on. Grace allows her intuition to guide her approach, which is why she was able to push me further; she heard what I wasn’t saying. She saw the places I was limiting or censoring myself to play it small or where I slipped back into being concerned about other people and their reactions. Life Coaching is a personal experience and if you are not ready to dig deep and take an active role in designing your life, then this isn’t for you. If you are ready for a change, willing to put the work in to create a life that you can thrive in, then Grace is your coach. I would 100% do this again if I lose the path or I need a refresher. I don’t believe that this is a one time thing as our desires change and we learn to recognize that we have placed limits on our capabilities. Grace can help you find the places that you’ve grown and design a strategy to showcase your strengths. I highly recommend Grace as your go-to for Life or Career Coaching. She's calm and direct in her approach but compassionate and loving because let’s face it, it’s hard to focus solely on ourselves.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with A Touch of Grace Healing for personal life coaching and I found the experience beneficial and rewarding as I navigate through the trials and tribulations of life. Grace was wonderful in guiding me to develop my own solutions without judgment to the many personal obstacles that I face on a daily basis. I am forever grateful for the personal tools that she suggested to help manage my daily stressors. I implement those tools daily in how I manage my mental and physical health. I want to be sure that I continue to be a support to those I love everyday and Grace has helped me in many ways realize that I need to focus on me in order to be my best self for others. Thank you Grace.
